Kawagoe Suijo Park (Kawagoe Aquatic Park)

A prefectural park located about 2km west of central Kawagoe, on the right bank of the Iruma River. During summer (typically early July through early September), a large pool complex opens featuring a roughly 300m lazy river, the "Aqua Snake Slider" water slide with a 15m drop, a wave pool, and more, making it one of the most popular family leisure spots in the prefecture. Outside pool season, the park offers year-round facilities including tennis courts, a futsal court, a boating pond, and a lawn plaza, making it a beloved retreat for local residents. Through a naming-rights sponsorship, it's also known by the nickname "Hot Staff Kawagoe Park." Tickets must currently be purchased in advance, so anyone planning to use the pool should check the official website beforehand.
